It appears easier than ever to find creative resources for your project: archive footage, feature clips, arresting pictures…all manner of content for your mixed media adventure.YouTube and Google Images are brilliant shop windows on "available" content. But retrievable in high resolution? Then there's the permissions trail that shouldn't be ignored. You can’t even be sure the person or organisation posting the material online actually owns the rights to it. Frankly, you’re taking quite a chance if you use it in your production. That’s where we come in…
...you need a guide to pick a path through the jungle of rights and technical standards. You want everything delivered right into your project in the correct format with watertight copyright clearance or at the very least, a full risk assessment to minimise the chance of a problem. Questions of intellectual property are not getting less complicated, so experience and knowledge definitely counts. Between us, we have decades of it - finding and clearing the best content. A record of hard won but outstanding outcomes for all kinds of project...
...input entirely scaleable according to the project’s size, ambition and budget. You may already have the content but no idea about the licensing/permissions picture, or you’re just starting out on a production that you already know will require a lot of as yet unsourced material you're not producing yourself. We can scope the status of the requirement and cost our time by hours, days or weeks. We work on variable schedules but to tight deadlines. Our flexible service will ensure delivery of the right materials when they are needed.
Between us we have over eight decades of hard gained experience of content research. From feature films to multimedia projects via TV dramas, factual series, quiz and reality shows, theatrical presentations, tablet apps and streamed strands, we cover the waterfront.
We can work in a team or as individuals; we can call on a global network of high calibre colleagues. We publish news and in-depth articles about the business and also produce our own archive-based content, so we know the field.
We can fulfil your project's requirement by:
All of this is offered on a clearly defined basis agreed in advance.
